About Grip Fuel
Gripfuel offers on-road refuelling through a national network of truck stops and filling stations, where customers can refuel their fleets and make use of services like lubricants, parking, overnight facilities, and wash bays.
Customers can sign up to the system via the app (IOS/Android/Huawei). From there they load their vehicles and drivers on the system and make a payment into their wallet. Once a customer’s vehicle arrives at any of our network sites, the system will identify the vehicle and driver via the scanning of the license disk and driver’s license barcode and give an instruction to the attendant to transact.
Once the transaction is complete the invoice is processed in real time to the customer’s account.
The customer is provided with access to a web-based and mobile application platform, enabling them to view all transactions and associated details.
